The Universe Smiles Upon You - 2025 Picpoul Blanc

Crafted from Picpoul (“peek-pool”) Blanc, one of Southern France’s distinctive coastal varieties, this vibrant white captures the spirit of the Mediterranean in every glass. Bright notes of lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and sea spray unfold with crisp, refreshing acidity, balanced by a subtle salinity that recalls the wine’s origins near the oyster beds of the Mediterranean coast.
Picpoul is a wine of freshness and energy—somewhere between the coastal character of Albariño and the vibrant acidity of Sauvignon Blanc, yet distinctly its own. Clean, elegant, and beautifully refreshing, it is made for long lunches, seafood shared around the table, and warm afternoons that seem to stretch a little longer than expected.

Xilo - 2024 Pinot Noir - Dundee Hills, Oregon
Inspired by Audrey’s ancestral home and the Mexican wood block art tradition of xilografía, Xilo begins with an idea: that something beautiful can emerge through the hands of the maker, using wood as the medium. In woodcut art, an image is carved into wood, shaped by intention, patience, and the marks left behind. In winemaking, wood takes on another role. Oak is not simply a vessel, it is an active part of the process, gently shaping the wine over time, adding texture, spice, complexity, and depth. Xilo brings these two traditions together, using wood as both inspiration and collaborator.
Our 2024 Xilo is a classic expression of Dundee Hills Oregon Pinot Noir. Aromas of spice, forest floor, and nutmeg lead to a savory, concentrated palate layered with vivid cranberry, red plum, and dried fig. Subtle notes of black pepper, cocoa, mint, and clove add depth, while fresh acidity and fine tannins carry the wine through a long, even finish.
Elegant yet expressive, Xilo is a wine of layers—where the character of the vineyard and the influence of oak come together in balance. A contemporary interpretation inspired by an enduring artistic tradition.

From the rugged lands of Eastern Washington, where gorges, ravines, crevasses, and chasms carve the earth into dramatic silence, emerges a wine as profound as the landscape itself.
The Abyss is not just a red wine. It’s a dark, brooding force — nearly black in the glass, with a slow, haunting pour. The structure is heavy and portentous, while the aroma rises with notes of black cherry and deep raspberry. On the palate, it unfolds slowly; deep, dark and ominous, layered with notes of black fruit, espresso, and earth, wrapped in tannins that linger for a long, heavy finish.

Inspired by the vast, luminous expanse of Eastern Washington’s “big sky”—the birthplace of our Albariño—this wine takes its name from a concept that transcends the physical. In many cultures, the sky is revered as a bridge to the divine, a symbol of infinite possibility and spiritual connection.
The phrase Door to the Sky evokes the idea of a threshold to something greater: a gateway to transcendence, enlightenment, or the pursuit of one’s highest aspirations. It suggests a passage beyond the ordinary—a moment of clarity, awakening, and transformation.
As the first wine we ever released, it holds a deeply personal significance: a milestone marking the beginning of our journey, and a breaking free from past limitations toward something bold and unknown.
